Athletics

Hayward Twin Oaks Montessori School is a proud member of the Bay Area Charter Schools Athletic Conference (BACSAC) and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Numerous Hayward Twin Oaks student athletes have been recruited and have the opportunity to play at the NCAA level.

 

1. "serve as an organization through which member schools can conduct interscholastic athletic programs.
2. establish the responsibility for the administration of the league’s athletic programs.
3. provide a Constitution and Bylaws by which the interscholastic programs can be administered.
4. promote a code of ethics as established by the Bay Area Charter School Athletic Conference and to endorse the code of ethics as established by the California Interscholastic Federation.
5. promote equal opportunities for all students in member schools’ athletic programs regardless of race, sex, sexual orientation, religion or national origin.
6. discourage discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, sexual orientation or national origin in the employment of personnel in member schools’ athletic programs or in the selection of officers or committee members."
